Habits this week
  • Gym4× a week · 6-week streak
  • PrayEvery day · 41-day streak

Every day, or a few times a week.

Some habits are daily. Others are three times a week, and a tracker that marks every rest day as a miss is one you stop opening. Set each habit the way you actually do it.

  • Daily habits count days in a row
  • “4× a week” habits count weeks that hit 4
  • Today isn't a miss until today is over

Streaks that survive a sick day.

Mark a day skipped when you're sick or away. It doesn't count for or against you, and your streak carries on. A week with skipped days asks for that many fewer.

Goals that count themselves.

Point a goal at a habit, and every tick moves it. Goals can also follow your net worth or your weight, so the progress bar is never something you update by hand.

  • Goals for every area of your life, with milestones
  • Progress from your habits, net worth or weight
  • A bucket list you actually check off

Right where you start your day.

Today's habits sit on the first screen you open, beside your workout, this week's focus and what's left in your budget. Or tell the assistant “hit the gym” and it ticks it off.

Questions

Asked and answered.

What happens to my streak if I miss a day?

If you mark it skipped (sick, travelling), nothing: the day is passed over. A day you simply didn't do it ends a daily streak, like any tracker.

Can I track habits that aren't daily?

Yes. Set any number of times a week, and the streak counts weeks you hit it.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. WinLife installs to your home screen and works one-handed.
